Fit Boxing
This class incorporates boxing and kicking drills, on heavy bags, Focus Master and punching mitts in a manner that will challenge your entire body, raising your Rest Metabolic Rate (RMR). This class focuses on sculpting strong abdominals, thighs, buttocks, legs, and arms.
